I only have good things to say about Branson Holdings.We purchased an inverter from them in July 2022, it has been excellent. In January 2023 with the Eskom surges the motherboard blew and there was a one day turn around as they replaced the motherboard under warranty and then couriered it back to us.Thank you so much for your fine customer service.

I have bought two SPS 1000 power trolleys, a 300w solar panel and recently two new Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries.Every time I have dealt with Branson Holdings the service has been super fast, friendly and when I needed extra information on certain things they were more than happy to help me out with guidelines and suggestions. Still deciding which option to purchase for loadshedding but the information and advice given was extremely helpful. Very professional, showed me how the trolley inverter options work, helped me understand what each option would provide. Very happy with the service and the prompt supply of a quote. Definitely recommend as the multitude if options out there can be very confusing.

I have bought two different UPS units from Branson over the last year and in both instances the service was impeccable. Failure on my part to understand the Chinese/Japanese instructions prompted a phone call for assistance which was given immediately with cheerful courtesy.A fault, recently and apparently caused by an ESKOM “Spike”, to one unit has been repaired and to be returned with unbelievable speed and efficiency. Something so rare these days that Branson Holdings are to be congratulated.The Hello Peter revue is a load of rubbish.

Products have been reliable, and I must commend them for their efficient and friendly after-sales service when new batteries have been required.

You guys charged my sister over 10k for a 500w inverter vir n 12v battery that i can get on takealot for a fraction of the price.Wow!!! Ripoff !!!Taking advantage of a woman because she has no clue what these things cost! No shame! Guys go buy a inverter on takealot for R1000 and a 12v battery and you can even buy a fancy box with wheels for R1000 and save a ton of money!!!You guys are insane with your prices!No shame! No shame!
