SARS actually is not bad it's much better than in the olden days.Now it's much better, people are willing to assist and are professional in helping you.Batho Pele principles is the main focus at upington branch.

An impressive place. Each staff member is friendly, efficient and willing to help. Didn't know government services could be so good. One's timing is important as Monday i was helped quicker than on Wednesday. Irrespective of that i can just be very thankful for the good service from staff and security officials alike.

I waited 90 minutes only for them to scan my documents. They only had two consultants at their desks the other probably on lunch since 10:55...this is outrageous and the best example of bad customer service.

The place is clean and has plenty of seats. The consultant by the entrance is very friendly and helpful. However, the first consultant we sat down with helped with one issue and then said we need to get another ticket because she can't help. This was not true.Once we got another ticket, we had to wait for a while but once we went to the second consultant, they were very helpful, friendly and informative.Their customer service overall is satisfactory. One positive is that they help you in a timely manner.
