Clicks Pharmacy Woodbridge

During the covid-19 lockdown I took advantage of my doctor's service of tele-consultation so as to avoid having to wait in his consultation room for my regular six month repeat prescription. This branch of Clicks would not, however, accept the doctor's emailed repeat prescription despite the fact that this is chronic medication that I have obtained from Clicks for many years. I had to, as a consequence, go and wait in a queue at the doctor's consultation rooms to get the original prescription. This is the kind of indifferent, unfriendly and hostile behaviour that I have had to experience from the pharmacy staff on the last few occasions and I will most certainly not be using this branch of Clicks in future.

Store says it closes at 7pm online but actually closes at 6pm. So much of an inconvenience!! The pharmacists on duty are always rude and unhelpful when it comes to repeat prescriptions. Some rule about the doctor having to email the prescription themselves. What terrible service from this clicks!

Horrible service from the dispensing side. After a horrible day at work I popped into Clicks to fetch my meds... There was about 4 people behind the counter, they made eye contact and just continued with their conversation. After standing for what felt like 15 minutes one if them came up to me for assistance. I asked him why non of them attended to me as they all saw me standing and and waiting... Hes reply its probably the 1st time that you ever have to wait for something

The pharmacists are helpful and friendly! They don't always have what you need.

I've been a client of Clicks for years.Clicks Woodbridge has the most pathetic service in South Africa!My prescription was emailed to the pharmacy, when I got there, they told me that the email has been deleted!Then, nobody wanted to help me with the meds, even though I presented the prescription that was forwarded to me,as well!Please,use another pharmacy, and never Clicks Woodbridge!!!!!

Only one pharmacist working...long waiting time! To make things worse they don't wanna help old pensioners first. I felt for that old man waiting!

Good pharmacy. Pharmacist are quick and store is neat. Would appreciate if they could stock more sports supplements and healthy foods. Options can be limited.

The cashier didn't understand what I meant by paying with both cash and card. She counted my money, saw there wasn't enough and just stood there waiting for me to pay the rest, when I showed her my card and told her I wanted to pay the rest with my card she gave me back my money thinking I was going to pay the full amount with my card instead. I had to go into my mobile banking app and transfer money from my private account to my savings account so that I could get out of there because no matter how much both me and my partner tried to explain to her how we would like to pay she just looked at us like we spoke french. Clicks, please do train your employees to be able to understand what it means to want to pay with both cash and card and train them that if they don't know how to do it then getting frustrated with the customers and making them feel unintelligent isn't the best way to do it.

The pharmacists are extremely rude and make you feel as if they’re doing a a huge favour when they eventually help you. The head pharmacist is rude and sarcastic. I absolutely hate going to Woodbridge clicks pharmacy. Usually my last resort. Always an unpleasant experience.
