Best service, I've trusted Luciano with my vehicles for the last 5 years. Never disappointed

This guy kept my car for a month and kept me on a line the whole time, saying that he did not know what was wrong with it, but promising that he would find the cause of the problem. He also only contacted me when he wanted me to transfer money. After a month, when the car was still not fixed, I went to pick it up (after he had already passed the car on to a 3’d party auto-electrician without my permission). I drove the car straight to the next mechanical workshop (one with a very good reputation in Stellenbosch) who diagnosed and fixed the car in 1,5 hours. The car was however now suddenly pouring oil - the cause: a piece of the sump gasket that had broken off and was later found behind the flywheel of the gearbox. The only way the piece of gasket could have broken off is if the sump was removed. Luciano denies that he had removed the sump, however the proof states otherwise. When I contacted Luciano to inform him of this he used language of which the sea will be unable to cleanse him and blocked my number. So much for after-sales-service.

Very professional and helpful will highly recommend his services. Prices is also very affordable and willing to go the extra mile.

Ridiculous service. The ABS light came on and the car didn't have any power. After we took the vehicle to the repair show they gave us a quote of about R8000 and fixed the car. The owner told us on whatsapp on a voice note we must bring the car back in January for the ABS to be fixed by the electrician because he could not finish the job he had an emergency but he already paid the electrician. We took the vehicle back in January and then the electrician messaged us in the afternoon to fetch the vehicle and we must pay R2200 again. They never gave us a quote or anything because they werebnot suppose to charge us again for the same job the electrician didn't finish. I spoke to Luciano and he used a very bad language. I still have everything on whatsapp(all his bad mouthing voice notes). Now suddenly we need to get the exhaust also fixed because it is rusted but it was never rusted before we took the vehicle to them. The vehicle is making noises that was never there before. The vehicle was at the shop about a month ago and when we got home 2 days ago the cover on top of the engine was stick with glue to stay in place. Now the owner only blue ticking me no answers. This is really not the place to go to they do not even have a website. Really bad service not happy at all. Just a warning that the guys sleeping the Church are stealing the parts on the workshop grounds every night and we heard this from the mechanic and electrician guys working at Luciano’s shop. Think twice about this.
