Big Five Guest House
Had a good night here. Although is quite cramped feeling in the room. Not enough space in my opinion.Good place to just stay 1 or 2 nights not medium term.The breakfast was on point and on time.Wifi here was unusable can't even browse the internet it was working okay-ish way later on that night.Staff was polite and helpfull.Thanks.

Not very happy with the room; however the people there are kind and courteous. I don't think they checked the bedding before giving me the room or even check the electric blankets if they are still working properly.If they can improve on prepping I think they will get better ratings

We couldn’t be more impressed with the people, service and accommodations! They went out of their way to take care of us even running a quick trip to the pharmacy when needed. Highly recommend this wonderful, clean and comfortable guest house!!

Pleasantly surprised with the warm and friendly welcome by the owner. Breakfast, which is included in the price, was delicious and served in a neat and clean restaurant. Host was most obliging to our needs and requests. A must stopover if you need to rest overnight while traveling in the EC.

This hotel is magnificent. Such friendly management and staff and beautiful decor all in the style of the Big Five. I had to teach online during my holiday and the manager let me stay longer so I could finish teaching.

Big Five Guest House
This guest house is immaculate. The rooms have lovely, soft white linen and towels. Tea coffee and creamers were available at no cost. A small fridge is an added bonus. Seating outside the rooms is available if guests don't wish to use the restaurant. Meals were available. A great visit, thank you.

Love the clean and neat room. Was very impressed. Service was kind and quick. There were only a few minor things that stopped me from giving a 5.

fairly small but clean room and toilet;shared kitchen (oven, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, surfaces, etc.) very dirty;left without breakfast when we saw the main kitchen - a big mess with a lot of dirty dishes in the sink from the evening before;

A safe, secure and well maintained guest house, perfect for work travel. The rooms are fully equipped and the rates are extremely reasonable
