We received the very Best service from Blinds Direct! Cheryl was super patient and attentive in answering all of my questions and the online ordering is super easy! Our blinds are awesome and even when there was a small issue with the pelmets - they arrived slightly too long and a little damaged, they were replaced immediately and free of charge and arrived the very next day. I ordered online from Blinds Direct for our bathroom which we were having completely made over. The chat advice I received was useful and we decided to go for venetian plaswood blinds in Black Birch - Old Mill colour (dark woody finish and plaswood to be able to withstand moisture). The cost of 50% cheaper than a local supplier I've used in the past and the blinds were perfect. They were straightforward to install, fitted snugly into the recess and look beautiful, complementing the other dark wood items in the bathroom. We are very happy and can recommend Blinds Direct!

Two blinds ordered. Both fitted on day of delivery - straightforward due to fitting clips which simplify installation. Very pleased with results.

We ordered our blinds and received them two weeks later. One of the issues were with the delivery. It seems as if their delivery partner only captures/writes down the street and not the suburb. This caused the delivery to go to a different suburb. They updated the tracking to say they attempted delivery but we were unavailable. The second issue was that the one of the slats were chipped on the corner (I'm assuming it happened when it was cut). The third issue was that one of the transparent clips that keeps the valance (to cover the headrail) in place, was broken. Luckily it was the top so it stays in place. Other than the issues we experienced, we're very happy with the blinds. They fit perfectly and we received regular updates from Blinds Direct.Disclaimer: I did not give Blinds Direct the opportunity to correct the issues as I didn't want to go through the trouble after the delivery issues.

What a refreshing experience! Excellent customer service, before and after sale. Their online ordering system, online chat, tutorials, updates and email communication works flawlessly.I did receive their shipping update AFTER the product was delivered, but the credit probably goes to Courier Guy for fast delivery.Highly recommended.
