Sambro House
Worst place to stay. Poor service. WiFi, water and electricity always have issues. You will spend more to cover up the poor services the AFHCO company fails to provide. Don't make the mistake of staying in any of their buildings. You will have regrets for a lifetime. Don't not stay because it looks affordable. It will cost you more in the long run and it's not worth it.

Nice private apartment but be sure of monthly water and electricity shortage.

It's a very bad place to be. The tenants have been without water from Tuesday to date and there is no communication from the management as to why there is no water. There is no month that goes buy without water cuts or electricity cuts. All the buildings in this area have water, eccept Sambro house.

It's a horrific situation to be in. The occupants have been without water as of Tuesday, and the management has still not informed why they have been without it. There hasn't been a month that passes without a water or electricity outage. Except for Sambro House, all of the properties in this area have running water.
