I bought full chicken several times and it was not well done, not well marinated, and not appetizing. It tasted nothing like flame grilled. Compliance to standards?

I was not happy with the service,the chicken was not easy to chew,the salad was very bad ,the whole meal was not ideal,i wouldn't recommend.

I have been trying to call the branch for the past 2 hours and there was no answer. Tried customer care and they were unable to help. I don’t understand how customer care is unable to contact the branch to find out the reason they are unable to answer calls for 2 hours.They simply told me to keep trying the line and that they is nothing they can do about it.This is absurd.Customer care couldn’t care for the client.
