Worst experience ever! Please don’t support this garage. The owner/manager have ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of communicating or dealing with situations! After 6 years of supporting Engen only, I will never support this brand again. I’m sorry but the manager (Short guy) must go for management/customer skills.Update:The manager manage to call me from the Garage, everything is sorted now and we will meet soon.Engen department also called me and took down my statement. All sorted.

On Thursday 20 April 2023 @ around 5h40 I stopped to put in R300 diesel on my way to work. As I left the garage I noticed that my range had only increased by 40km, I found this strange but did not have the time to investigate. I just assumed my gauge was faulty because my receipt said 13.5L approx. But the gauge was quite consistent. As I drove on the day, I realised that ive been cheated because when I put in R300 elsewhere the range increased by 110km. I will certainly avoid this petrol station in future.
