What a pathetic service. I don't understand why they have packers in stores yet I had to pack my groceries. The cashier just gave me a plastic bag took cash then that was it, he continue with the next customer. So it wa clear I have to pack my stuff for myself. Mind you she shop wasn't even busy. Last time I was double charged for meat. This was my last time in there store. I always shop there whenever I'm in Pietermaritzburg. But never n never again ill set my foot there

Only few tills were opened, hence the queues were long. I stood on the queue for over 45 mins. I won't go there anymore.

Not too bad, but not as clean as other stores in suburbian neighborhoods, but that's expected. The positive part is it is cheaper than most upper class store in upper class neighborhoods

Patheic Service,worst I've ever experienced from a chain supermarket. The staff is slow and have zero morale. You could stand in a queue especially for the kiosk for almost 30 minutes without service. Disgusting service,do better.
