Bad service I was told by Blonde apparently I had to wait for everyone to be assisted just because my daughter missed her appointment last month.while I came very early she told me she wont won't help my child.I had to threaten them by dailing the MEC number and report them that5 when they assisted me......OPM there has a sticking attitude
