After receiving quotes from numerous companies for our 3 medium to large sized dogs to travel to Canada from South Africa, Petport was drastically cheaper. Although skeptical for the catch, I'm pleased to say there was none. My babies arrived here within 2 weeks of me letting Portia know I'm ready for them to fly. They arrived super relaxed and everything went smoothly without issue. Portia was great in keeping me updated on their long journey which took 3 days with stops in between. I always knew exactly what was happening with them. Great service, couldn't be happier with it.

Evans was always there when I needed him. He responded to my calls and emails very quickly and even called me in the evenings after work to reassure me. I appreciated having my hand held through this very stressful process. My dogs are home with us now in New Zealand after almost 3 months, and they are happy and healthy - if a bit thinner than when we left them (which is actually a good thing for our lab!). They came from South Africa, via Singapore, so flight and waiting times were very long for them. They love their new beds! Lilo, our lab, slept in hers for about 18 hours the first night, so it was a stressful time for her, but she is back to her normal self and they have settled into a familiar routine. Where do I even begin to thank Evans for his amazing service? He has been absolutely incredible in his planning and organisation to get my cat to the UK on such short notice. Evans thank you for helping us with such professionalism from day one and for putting my mind at ease even outside of office hours. Our fur baby is safe and settling in so well in our new country and having him here feels like having a piece of home with us. She also put me in contact with a top local agent who organized the release and transport of the pets in Bulgaria.I would recommend Petport to anyone who needs to move their animals internationally. The are professional, organized and will work with you through not the complexities of this process but also keep you updated all the way through as it is quiet stressful to know they are flying on their own.

Best pet relocation experience we had for our Beagle Duke from RSA to Germany with PetPort. Evans was a very helpful handler and all went smoothly that end and this end of the journey with Gradlyn/Elwin as well! We are very grateful for a relaxed and happy dog to greet us at the animal lounge of Lufthansa in Frankfurt. If we had to do it again, we gladly would! Very grateful dog owners!

This is the 3rd time I have moved cats internationally, so I know how stressful it can be.With Petport the experience has been an excellent one and I would certainly recommend using them again.Samantha was extremely professional and whenever I sent an email, she would always answer it within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always maintained a high positivity level when I was feeling low missing my cats. I left Spain on the 9th September, leaving the cats in the travel pet cattery because we were waiting for travel documentation. Evans from petport successfully navigated the complex process of moving our Dachshund from Durban - South Africa to Auckland in New Zealand.
