I’m not to sure why the phone number does not work. Very unhelpful, I’ve been here twice now with no success- I was not even able to enter the store to browse as I was informed that I needed to make an appointment, however, when I called later on in the week to make an appointment the phone number did not work (I tried calling multiple times). I’m not too sure why people are unable to just go in and browse.

Great customer experience, I bonded with Jules over my outfit idea which will go well with what I had purchased & she took interest & made me feel seen as a customer.I bought my 1st customer there when I was in high school for a costume party was invented too then. This place doe have a special place in life.However it would be geat if they had social media presence on Instagram specifically & or Twitter.

Friendly owners who are extremely knowledgeable. We were able to give ideas and they helped us with no fuss. Would recommend anyone to use them for all your costume needs

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! Are you in for a total surprise. THis is not your average costume store and fear not the prices are absolutely reasonable! My partner and i received a dreaded dress up invite and we both dragged our feet to the entrance of the store. I'd like to also say we we ever so kindly accommodated as we left it last min. AT the entrance was a small peephole which immediately had us wondering what we were getting ourselves into but as soon as we were buzzed in, we knew we had just stepped into a world of magic!!! We immediately were transformed into enthusiastic kids almost and excitement took over us. The options and possibilities to to dress up or down your character were endlesse and JUlesz and her sonz visions were unbelivably accurate , on the mark and still creative and animated. Both my partner and i stepped into our characters - we blew away the party - especially with our props...We looked the part..and so will you if you visit this store. This was no costume hire store - this was a magical experience and it was an event in itself .... THey have years of experience in the biz and we could easily see why!!! THEE BEST COSTUME SHOP IN THE COUNTRY - YOU HAVE TO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!!

Best shop of this type I have dealt with. Not only are they very affordable, their customer service is next level, Brad & Gail will go to the end of the earth to ensure customer satisfaction, a pretty rare commodity in SA of late. As for the selection, hells bells, again next level with a selection 2nd to none. A great old school family business that deserves to be supported. Well done Guys, I am not easily impressed and you blew us away~ Wishing you guys all the success going forward.

Huge is an understatement, they have anything you can think of. They also pay for your parking.
