I always visit Namo Health when we go to Stilbaai. Henk gives incredible massage treatments that leaves you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. His daughter Dune is also very helpful and knowledgeable about all the natural products they stock in their shop. I appreciate their commitment to promoting holistic health and wellness. Super simple and friendly booking and comms via whatsapp and one of the best massages I have had...Yolindie relieved my sciatica and shared very helpful exercises I can do at home. The gluten- free carrot Muffins and health shopping at the Namo store was delicious and therapeutic too.Thanks Namo, wish you were in CT but we will be back!

What a wonderful experience I had .... from the moment I made my booking till I walked out of Namo Natural Health's facilities. Everyone was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and so tidy ... just felt I wanted to stay longer. My treatment was so good and the advice received from Henk makes already a huge difference in my back alignment. I had 2 treatments with Carla and 1 lymph drainge with Tammy and they really helped me alot.I struggled with my sinusses and had very bad shoulder pain and after the treatments with them I feel like a new person.I would highly recommend them.If I could give more than 5 stars I would because they are exceptional in what they do.Thank you ladies.will see you again.

Outstanding! What was meant to be a quick visit turned into a fabulous time spent perusing the huge supplement range and all the amazing products.I took some samples of the Black Seed facial cleanser and face cream and have been totally delighted with the product - my skin feels amazing. I really recommend this product.Gorgeous incense, soaps, candles, gifts, fresh food and even baby care items.The team were really helpful and answered all my questions - it was a total surprise to find such an expansive range of incredible products here in Stilbaai.
