Extremely poor service. I ordered an inverter from this branch even though it is very far from me, because I was in need of the item badly and it was the only branch displaying the item as being in stock. Ordered it for next day pickup. Only for me to have to find out that my pickup was cancelled and postponed by a week. I was not communicated this in anyway and only found out about it by luckily checking on my order before leaving to drive to the branch what would have been an hour's drive. After multiple phone calls and broken promises of them getting back to me during the course of the next week, they eventually wanted to postpone the order even more and blamed me for ordering something that is not in stock. This is something that is not even possible to do on their website, but explaining that to them was not worth my time. They then wanted to hold my money ransom by explaining to me that it will take an obscene amount of time for my refund to appear in my account. It is fine, I will rather wait then have to deal with such shockingly bad service.Please learn from my mistake and never use this store for online purchases as stock shown online might not actually be available at this branch.

Always find everything I need here. The online order system works well.But if you need someone to help you find something, you may as well whistle up a tree. Please train your employees better, this is reviewed after countless visits, not just one.

If it was not for Kayla at Builders Warehouse Zambezi, they would definately have lost us as customers. She took on our problem professionally, and tied up the loose ends, she took her own initiative without support from the direct Manager which manages outdoor equipment. Well done Kayla! She kept us updated all the time until we received the credit. She was an absolute Gem! Her customer service was 100% ( something that a few people working at Builders should learn from)

My visit today had me spend more than I budgetted for. The staff was friendly and helpfull in all departments. Managed to get 5 wall mounted panel heaters today at rediculously low prices as a clearance sale which was not what I went in to buy. But with everyone beiing so friendly I was in a spending mood. Well done Builders. I generally get very good service here but today was exceptional.

Would not recommend Paying Cash at this shop , payed R400 for R236 worth of items received R64 change othee R100 ? Poof gone Hope the cashier enjoyes her free lunch thiefs

Nice store, well stocked, not crazy busy.

I really love this store. It’s huge and filled with many departments. The staff are really helpful and friendly.The Pool team helped me with restoring my pool. They have a Pool testing section very good and well knowledges.

This is the worst builders branch by far just went there looking for a door the staff is very useless kept on talking on their cellphones as my husband and I were standing there needing assistance,by the time we get some help the guy took us to the counter where we found 4 people standing there they kept on referring to the guy whose was on a private call had to wait for him to finish his conversation ,the others went just passed us without asking if we needed assistance or not,then eventually when they decided to actually do what they get paid to do they said the door we are looking for has to be ordered it will take 14days I couldn't even order the door because I can't get guarantee that they will actually order it if they can be so unprofessional In my presence what more can they do in my absence... THE WORST SERVICE EVER

How the staff hide away from customers is just astonishing.... rather go to Chamberlains where they are friendly and helping you as you walk in the door.
