@Sandton Apartments SA

Lack of professionalism! It feels like a prison with their rules. Quite disorganised and also, security can even access your unit without your consent which is unlawful and unacceptable. It’s basically just a barrack.

My stay at @Sandton Apartments was riddled with nothing but problems. Their administration is a complete mess! I signed a lease of 3 months. At the end of the lease period I did not renew my lease, I made sure that an exit inspection was done on the day that I departed to make sure that all of my affairs at that apartment was all wrapped up. In the following month, their finance department was still asking for rent for rent even though I had left and was now living overseas (and never renewed my lease). They even had the cheek to report me to the credit bureau. Most things in the apartment were broken, the table in the bedroom kept on falling apart, the air con kept on breaking down. My access card was also randomly deactivated from time to time for no good reason at all. I am also still waiting for my deposit to be paid back.My advise: as far as luxury apartments go stay away from that place, their administration is a sh1tshow, there are far better options elsewhere in Sandton.
