Absolutely the worst guarantee possible.3 years but a switch needs to be returned for assessment after it was installed by a qualified electrician. A few months ago.So not only does the contractor have to drive out to the client, but also take the switch out- so now the client can't use the kitchen lights for a few weeks- now the contractor needs to return it to the store it was bought, wait for an undetermined amount of weeks to get a repaired switch back.Go out to the store and then to the client to re-install it after how ever long this repair takes. And just hope it doesn't give the same problem again????O and buy another switch for the customer to use in the meantime because quickswitch doesn't pass credits.... And we just take all of this loss. And quickswitch doesn't even offer a discount or any sort of refund for the 2nd switch or compensate or just exchange their faulty product!!!!Unacceptable.

I've been pushing back my house renovations for months now, luckily during lockdown I've had the time to get things done.
