Your experience with Hirsch's will be as follows. The service will be ok, but if you buy an appliance, they will do their best to upsell you. Like an extended warranty or a loyalty card that costs you a fee to obtain. The salesman will put pressure on you while you're waiting to pay saying things like don't say I didn't tell you." Why

This company provides customer service at a level not available anywhere else in Centurion. They also do price matching. Even unexpectedly installed an appliance during delivery! The go-to place for any appliance for sure.

Update: went for mattress shopping and was helped by Jacques, and ended up getting what I wanted at the right price as well. Salesman was very helpful.‐-----------------------------------------------------------------------I was there for TV shopping and the sales rep who helped me with a TV I purchased a few months ago was about to knock off but helped me out once again. I will always look for him when I buy a TV.The problem I had was that the store could not put 2 different Tv's next to each other with the same source, so I could do a proper comparison.If another store does this for me , they will obviously get my money.

Really such a wide variety of appliences, from Elba, Bosch, Siemens, and so much more, gas stoves, fridges, and more, and prices are reasonable based on the brand names and staff really helpful and on Friday 30Jan they had celeb Cheff there and my wife and daughter had awesome time

Very good customer service. Christopher assisted me from the moment i stepped into the shop. he showed me all the devices that are available and within my budget range. he also did a quote for me in under 5 minutes. keep up the good work and service. i will definitely be returning for more home appliances.

Had a great experience at this store. Had to buy a couple of appliances and was met at the door by Jimah. So friendly and helpful. Never in your face or trying to sell me the most expensive ones, but available the whole time when I had more questions. Very patient when it took me time to decide between options. Really made it easy for me. All the staff, from Jimah to the ladies at the pay point were so friendly. Thank you
