I had a very unpleasant experience last week, a qualified electrician phoned to get two quotations. I only had to pay and pick up the products. When I arrived they only had 1 quotation for me. When I enquired they quickly put the blame on one of the ladies working there. I asked them if it was the correct product that they gave me because there was a confusion with the quotation, the guy then tried to explain what each are for and said I don't need the one I got a quote for I can take another one. I said no I will take the one that's quoted for. He then asked does the guy that phoned even know what he is doing, on top of it all he said next time send the guy to pick up the products. To talk bad about the staff working there and even to question a qualified electrician is unethical. I will not support this branch again.

Very friendly and helpfull people best lay out clean shop i ever seen. They are goiing out of there way to help you and will try to find what you are looking for ,thanks guys

I have experienced outstanding & quite amazing service from both Rickie & Andre. Andre went out of his way to deliver a fuse for my Inverter to Wilderness from George because they were scheduled to close for tomorrow's public holiday and the part arrived too late for me to collect as I was in Sedgefield at the time. Sorry folks, but you don't get better!! Thank you Rickie & Andre!!

This is really a great place to look for modern and innovative ideas for lighting. Found the prices really reasonable. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This store is really beautifully laid out with a great and attractive entrance, spacious and loads of parking.

Sales staff never get back to you on any requests.
