My partner got me the most beautiful ring I could've ever dreamed about from Sterns, seriously amazing prices according to him and I would recommend going to Sterns if you a plus size girl like me seriously have to say my partner went to American Swiss first and there biggest size only fit my pinky finger where as a apposed to stern they had the perfect size for me and I was just left speechless at the sight of the ring

Couldn't make up my mind and called in too secure the item I wamted. When I collected after work it was already put back on display however when the shop assistant saw me she immediately removed it and sold it to me. Her service made up for the dismay I felt that I could've lost the item. Thanks sterns the gift was a huge hit

I wish there was a zero star option.Do not buy a ring from Sterns, specifically their Cape Gate branch! It is the worst service you will ever get and the quality of jewelers used by Sterns is questionable.I've had the same set of diamonds fall out of my ring for the last 4 years, and every time I have to submit a claim with my insurance and send it back for repairs. This last time it took 2 months before I got my ring back, and it was in a worse state than before. You call the people at Sterns, half the time they don't know what's going on or their favorite line we will call you back"
