We are extremely disappointed at the service of this dry cleaner. They ruined a jacket and are investigating the problem. It’s been weeks and we haven’t heard a thing from them despite multiple emails. Terrible customer service. Unhelpful staff.

Came back from a long holiday and had a lot of built up dirty clothes that needed to be washed. It’s affordable and They definitely use good products in the wash as my close came out feeling really good and soft and obviously clean

Brought two garments for dry cleaning, was made to wait an hour before being assisted. I was told I'd need to wait an entire week before receiving them. I was then texted two days later to come fetch my garments none dry cleaned. I also received my clothes back crinkled and worn out in worse condition than I had left them. Client service was unhelpful and they were happy to see a customer go unsatisfied without even trying to make me feel at ease or offer advice.Do not use them, I'm sure there are plenty of other businesses that will do the job and communicate clearly.

I took my tailored-made work shirt for dry-cleaning, and had an extremely disappointing experience resulting in an expensive shirt ruined.Firstly, I went 1day after the confirmed pick-up date and clothes were still not ready.When I could finally pick up, one shirt was completely ruined. They collar was scrubbed for some reason, fading the colour and causing discolouring on other parts of the shirt.Shirt was sent to owner for inspection, and in 3weeks since then I have not received the promised email, phone call or message.Would strongly recommend avoiding the company as a whole, and not just this specific location.
