I bought parts by providing the Vin number and they still gave me the wrong parts. I returned them within 30 minutes but the guy at the dispatch refuse to exchange the parts only bec the packages were opened. On top of that he was very rude and does not know customer service at all. I had to buy the parts again.

I went to the shop on 18th Friday.1. From the consultant who answered the phone on the 16th who was impatient.2. Consultant at the door who said they don't have a part, meanwhile I was told there is stock when I called. Only after my boyfriend intervined the part was available.3. To a lady who just took cash and not respond to a greeting.What a nightmare. If only there were other Korean shops around west rand
