Had to call bk few times before got anywhere. Then when tech guy came to say what eas wrong even though I told him the problem. I had to call 3times to be told oh we have the part can we come install it. Sorry dont think its customers responsibility to keep checking up on things when told we will call you when part available.

I am a dissatisfied customer who lodged a service call with Defy service centre - Ref: 1697659.It is now over 1 week that we are unable to use our fridge and every time I phone to follow up, they telle that the technician will call... NO CALL OR FEEDBACK.ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Terrible and apathetic service. I would hence forth stay away from Defy products. Logged a repair request 3 weeks ago and kept calling - no reply or assistance from the apointed techinician. Customer service could not be bothered, even when advised that comments about service standards would be placed on social media. I'd rather purchase a new product from another manufacturer. Best to stay away from Defy!

Totally pathetic and a waste of time. There is NO SALES OFFICE anymore. The Defy in Jacobs also does not allow any public due to new rules and there is no showroom at all. So its a total waste of time. Please rather go to any appliance outlet that sells Defy products or other brands which was also mentioned by the reception and security at Defy. I hooe this helps other people.

If you want peace of mind stay away from any Defy appliances that’s the only advise I’m gonna give. 3 weeks later my fridge has not yet been replaced in this heat wave, and what’s funny is like they train their customer service staff to lie what a joke this brand is.

I have logged a query on my Oven that had stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I have had no response from Defy in this time. I keep calling with my query number and all I get is 'This query has been escalated, we will call you tomorrow' and no one ended up calling us. Apart from not being able to cook - My warranty is about to expire and I can guarantee that Defy will disregard their negligence and say they can't help me. Defy please contact me relating to Job number 1759568

Absolutely pathetic aftersales service I will never recommend a defy product to anyone ever next time I'll rather spend more money and get a better aftersales service from a company that cares about customers
