Pick n Pay Little Falls
I visited Pick n Pay Little Falls.I planned on returning pretzels (pick n Pay brand) which were not tasting so good. Then my weekly shopping.No one was available at the Customer care counter. I was referred to the cigarette counter.After 15 mins I was called. The teller refused to assist me. Another staff member took me to the other normal queue. She also refused to assist me.Then i was taken back to the cigarette counter. She was cussing by using Jesus s name. After 45 mins I signed a slip and given cash. I was so disappointed, as I had my till slip and the product in hand.I Did not even do my weekly shopping and have vowed to never return. I used to spend at least 3000 a week there. Very disappointed in how I was treated

The centre is convenient and easy to access.Plenty parking.Staff friendly and helpful.If you have issues ask for the store Manger Raymond he will definitely help.Other great coffee and grill house shops includinga milkylane. Liquor store, barber and optometrist onsite.

I was astounded by Manager Raymond, assistants Clara and Julian at P&P Little Falls wiyh their amazing kind help to wheelchair me around my shopping. I experienced shopping again after two years this was honestly a great deed and service our of this world in today's times. God bless you all Thank you very much I am grateful for your help it means a lot in my age and condition

Rude staffs working there. Bakery section by the oven where they make bread. Always the same 2 ladies, who have an attitude towards the customer, respond rudely to questions asked. These ladies have been there for some time now, they really need to be relocated to a backend job, go on customer service training and communication skills training. They tend to forget who the customers are. In this time where jobs are hard to get, they really should be replace by people who are more friendly at the very least. If you have a rude attitude and an angry face when u look at customer, please remove yourself from customer service and go somewhere else please.New update:Went again today, and this time it happened to a customer in front of me who wanted to buy a redbull. The cashier was arguing with him. Pick n pay staffs have a habit of arguing with customers.

Always a pleasure to shop at PnP Little Falls. I love that they offer free fruit to children 12 year and younger and they seem to enjoy the fruits. A great way to encourage healthy lifestyle.

Pick n Pay Little Falls
People please check your receipts before leaving the store or while the cashiers and cashing your items. I normally check and most times have to have my items reversed becos of pricing. Today I was in a hurry I saw the blue ribbon bread at 12.99 n took 2. Only to get home and see I was charged 17.99.
