Suitcases are an inferior product. Used the suitcase once and it is damaged. The manufacturer doesnt stand by their guarantee either. Will never buy their products again and neither will my friends. Also posted on Facebook to warn everybody else. Quite happy to stand outside the Cresta store and warn any future customers - shocking service.

The two gentleman at the store had been extremely helpful with advice on luggage for expatriation. Appreciated the needs assessment and after sale service on returns. They were not merely trying to sell something quickly. Thanks for all the help !
