Saturday 20 September my wife and I saw a neckless she liked. As it is her birthday the next week I thought i would buy it the following week. Tuesday 22 September I stood at the door at 17h45 wanting to purchase the neckless. The door was closed and i was told the store is closed. Needless to say the guy around the corner is smiling due to a nice sale.This happened at the Greenstone store.

I have been calling for a good 30 mins and no one is answering the phone. I need to enquire if they have the size of the product am looking for instead of just driving there only to find that they dont have the size.

The worst service you could possibly get from the staff you should expect here. Walk in and started browsing for about 10min while the staff is having their personal conversation no interest in assisting customers as we leave the shop we got a hello can I help you.
