Please don't use them. I paid R3000 and my wash machine is still in pieces. They continue to promise to come out and never come!

I used this guys couple of times and I will always call them again. Fast ,good and safe service.

Very suspicious and poor service they came out and repaired a 4 year old machine and said the PC board was blown.They then supposedly brought the part were in and out in 5 seconds and I told them to please leave the old part but conveniently they forgot. Then I called him and said to bring it back he said he would but did not.After me calling he said he would come back on the Saturday but still no one came.Monday unannounced they dropped off an old spare part and sent me a bill from which I tried to speak to the owner but no one bothered to call me back.I know this was not my spare part and I refuse to pay for this service.PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

mixed review prompt but very pricey as the part required a motor for the drain pump on a Defy Automaid top loader is available for R149 rand at Hirchs yet they replaced the entire pump system which included the filter.The total cost R1450 and were on the job for 20 min. They left the old pump system and upon opening it found the pump impeller had been fouled by some hair and lint and once cleaned was in working order. So I have a new pump system at the price of half cost of a new machine R2800-R3500 when an actual inspection and a good clean from a less financially driven operator would have gotten a far better review. I feel like I have been robbed .Edit not even 30 min since this review was posted I get a call from this vendor and was threatened for this posting the caller says We know where you live you are an @rsehole...we going to sort you out we want our spare part back I'm sending guys to fetch it you better watch out"....wonder if other negative posters got this treatment....."

Worst service from a company ever received. Incompetent and untruthful. They make promises and do not keep it. Rewired plates on stove and did it all in reverse order. So knobs did not correspond to correct plate. Oven rubber replaced was not done properly, to be told it is a universal rubber and that's why it hangs when the oven is hot. After this stove shocked when you touched the pots.....was told to wear shoes then it will not shock me..... and tripping electricity constantly. Plates goes red hot and stays like that for almost 15 min after switched off. Told this is also normal as its RED HOT plates. Blew thermostat on geyser because of constant power trip and they said they will replace the thermostat at their cost, just to be told today they will not do it cause they don't fix geysers and its not their problem. The lady tells me they have constant problems with the technician sent out to me, but seems nothing gets done about it, cause they keep sending him back. Really pathetic service. I would not recommend anyone to use them.

i called and asked about a defy door rubber. told the lady its a Defy DAW265 , she kept on saying i know its a defy so i said to listen carefuly and repeated its a DEFY DAW265 - she says to me its not a model number!!! Dear Lord what did i do to deserve this ... I guess thats why they have a terrible rating !!!
