The service was okay. We had to wait 30 minutes despite having an appointment. The stuff was not friendly almost as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. But the nails look cute so... 3 stars I guess.

Made an online booking attended my appointment and they only seem to me 40min after i got there. They were about to close. The lady that did my waxing was applying cold wax that was hurtful when being applied. The method she was using to remove the wax left me with burn marks on both legs. I would never recommend any one to wax there it was such a painful experience with the waxing

I’ve been charged twice by this place. I had a booking in 24th and I’ve been charged. Yesterday, didn’t have any bookings, I haven’t been there, they still charged me the same amount as the 24th and I have my bank statements screenshot for proof.

I always get my nails done by Nhlanhla and she’s a lovely nail technician who does great work. The location is a bit weird as the building is often under construction, but it’s worth it for the nails I get.

Bad service,nail broke on day 3. Called the salon and they are not willing to account. No pressure was applied for the nail to break as it didn’t even hurt. Disappointed!

I went to Eve on board in rivonia and asked for natural nails- my nails are PEACH! This is the only “natural” color they have which looks absolutely ridiculous with a French mani.Very very unhappy with these nails. The worst set of nails I’ve ever received.Don’t think I will be returning here.I told the manager I was very unhappy with the color- all she said was the supplier has issues.If you want a French paint, it won’t look natural unless you’re okay with peach French.
