Pathetic!!! Opens at 9am but has excuses that they can't help untill 10am!!! Dont have chicken even!! How does a KFC not have chicken!! Just a waste of time really Pathetic!! And a very bad atmosphere and attitude!!!

I've been in the drive thru for more then an hour! Absolutely the worst ever! Poor lady who is taking your order trying to smile and be friendly, but this really bad! First time here and it will definitely be my last. The best of all is the staff can't even say what's the hold-up.

Everytime I order there's a mistake.Most common and the one I experienced tonight again.Zinger box master no tomatoe , repeated about 4 times between cashier and I in drive through. Still get a pain box master with tomatoe and zinger sauce but no zinger fillet. Had to wait a few minutes for the zinger fillet but I get home and alas the key component not present.Check your own orders before driving off as the branch doesn't do it correctly.

Very poor service, we always support this KFC but since they installed the self ordering screens, they services has gone down. We went in to order and waited for service for 15 min, only to be told later they no longer do card paynents at the oder counter and we should use the self order screen. If proper notification were in place so that the clients know only cash at the counter it could have saved many us waisted time. Very disappointed at the no care attitude shown in this KFC

Ordered from Mrd to collect from kfc, waited there 2 hours for my order. Service is poor everytime I buy there! Not going to see me again

For some reason you never get what was ordered. How difficult can it be to pack a bag according to what you read on the screen. At the drive thru, they also ask you to stop your car before you get to the collection point. I can only assume it is to bypass their customer waiting time scoring system. Complaining also does not help at all. This KFC will never get my business again.

Friendly staff, always getting my 21 piece bucket at the promised 15-20 minutes waiting time. My go-to KFC for freshly cooked chicken, with the right amount of seasoning.

Been waiting in the drive through for over 30min. No one has come out to explain what is happening. When you call the landline the ladies say “we are busy”. This isn’t the 1st of such an encounter at this KFC. The service is absolutely horrible.
