Great for a quick lunch or to get something on your way home. Steers is always a winnerNice and clean store with no queue. Service was quick and effective. Waited no more than 5 min for a burger. Located inside the convenience store. Can grab a quick burger while filling up

I was surprised whit the friendly service , a customer wanted a veggie burger and the lady behind the till offered him a wacky Wednesday with veggie patties instead of the beef patties as most people don't know that they have the veggie option available , it was nice to see that there are people who strive to help and think on their feet ...

I mostly enjoy Steers, especially the milkshakes, but I'm sad to say that they have disappointed me extremely today. I ordered a Large Cheesy Chips with Large Bacon Bits and Large Crispy Onion Bits and you know what I got instead of onions? Jalapenos. I hate Jalapenos. There was even a picture where I circled exactly what I wanted from the online menu and showed it to the cashier. Please work on your cashiers listening and reading skills.

Always had a good experience at this Steers until my wife had food poisoning after having the cheese chips on 24 May 2017. To be fair, we cannot prove that the chips caused the food poisoning beyond reasonable doubt, but on the balance of probabilities it did (i.e. we do not have concrete evidence). Steers deny responsibility after an internal investigation of the franchise (note: investigation thus not independant/impartial). All they have offered thus far for our suffering and hospital costs (approx R3k)is a free burger & chips.If anyone has experienced food poisoning after using this particular outlet, we would like to know about it.Stated without prejudice.

Decided to try their New Cheesy Bacon King Steer" meal. A joke. No bacon. Dry AF beef. We checked a little before getting out of the store but we didn't think that we had to open up the entire burger and check. Mind you

Bought the king steer burger with chips. The darn thing was super dry. The patty was just unbearable. The chips had an after taste. You would swear they used really old oil. It was a pity I was already on my journey and couldn't report this.
