Great service and the work was done quickly. The employees ran me through all the tests they did and explained exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. They were able to figure out what was wrong and fix a problem that had been bothering me for months. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I've had problems with my car overheating for a while. After getting it back from repairing the head gasket and it still using a substantial amount of water I decided to ask the professionals! Joe's staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. They did a test and fixed the problem on the spot. For someone driving during odd hours it is a huge relief to not have to check and fill my car with water every day. I will definately recommend them any day!

Friendly and professional service. The team managed to replace my radiator, coolant bottle, and radiator housing within one day. They even went the extra mile for me regarding another query. In addition to this, Joe's radiators called me to explain an additional problem they had found with the radiator and wanted my confirmation of installing the part before going ahead with it. As a new resident of Cape Town, not knowing where to go or who to contact regarding these types of situations, I can say that Joe's Radiators is where I'll go to in the future should another problem arise with my vehicle.

Joe's Radiators gave me a quick and free fault diagnosis, using a pressure test, and quote to make repairs. The quoted cost compared well with other quotes. They managed to source the radiator on the same day. I dropped my car at 10:00 and got it back at 16:00. They showed me the broken radiator to inspect the hair crack for myself. Service levels was throughout friendly and proficient.
