Extremely Poor Service on warranty.I had purchased a Dreamknights Verte Comfort mattress for R7500. 7 months later the side had collapsed. Reported it to sales man Warren. Had it assessed by Haroun. Warranty Claim was successful. Received a phone call from Haroun to say bed is being transported from factory in Cape Town. Ever since numerous excuses of bed delivery. When I purchased the bed they could deliver the next day. Why wait for a delivery from the factory in Cape Town when they have stocks in their shop? When i call Haroun he is either busy or says will call back. A bunch of Bulls#@!s. 2 months later we are still sleeping uncomfortable bed which is falling apart. The Bed has a 2 year guarantee and 15 year warranty. Makes me wonder what the rest of the warranty years are going to be like if a new bed could not last 7 months???Is this the kind of service you want?

Second time buying a bed here. The range is limited and good quality making selection simple and doubt free. The sales staff are also helpful and allowed me space to try the different beds and make up my mind.

Weak service and the staff member that tried" to help me bad mouthed his own product after hearing i already had a look at a cloud nine mattress at The Bed King.When i ask him why then did he stock the product he said he dosnt recomend them though even after showing me one as we walked through the door. Seemed that because i have seen one somewhere else he was determined to change my mind. He never asked my weight and recommend a pocket spring that was soft and only catered to 90kgs (im 100kgs) after i had told him im looking for a firm matress. He went as far as to tel me to look at hello peter about cloud nines bad reviews and their terrible after sale service. I looked and saw just as many bad reviews about simmons which is considered one of the best mattress in the world. Cloud Nine which he says he dosnt recomend but has on the floor is by choice the bed recommend by most hotels and you will find any product with bad reviews on hello peter in any case. I was not at all impressed with the service so me and my fiancee left with a bitter taste in my mouth especially after we were willing to spend 15k on a mattress and base. So i went back to The Bed Kingand baught the cloud nine from them at an unbeatable 11k for the discontinued (as he put it) chateau king EL and BTW the reason they discontinued that mattress was because it was to costly to make with all the latex. The replacement to the chateau was thiner and it felt less luxurious than the one i baught. Infact when we went back to The Bed King we bought 2 new mattress and bases. For 2 rooms so they lost out on 27k because of the service we experienced. Nothing irritates me more than someone badmouthing another company or product. Rather explain why your product is good than bring down another one from another place. So good luck to whoever visits the bed store i really hope you get better service and do your homework beforehand because in my experience if you seem clueless they will take full advantage and talk absolute bull to you and you will be non the wiser. And to end off this was the second time i visited this bed store and i thought i would give them a second chance after i had a similar experience the first time. I was wrong. They seriously need better sales people and better knowledge on their products. Simple things like the spring count on the pocket sping bed i looked at he did not know. The list goes on. Anyone askes for my advice i say go to The bed king across the road and avoid this place. If the service is this poor instore imagine the after sales service."

Not only is it perfect for my postures it's faboulsy comfortable. staff very knowledgeable and only want the best for you. These guys are just never honest about anything I ordered a bed only to be told 3 days later when I was following up on delivery that I get it after 10 days . I requested a refund since I needed a bed urgently they told me the money would be back in my account the following day . 2 days later I followed up on the refund and was told they only do payments on Friday. Was very disappointed with their service

To whom it may concern.*Letter of Complaint*I am writing to you to complain about an incident that occured on my way home after collection of the bed I purchased at your store.I came to your Springfield shop yesterday, the 2nd of November to collect a bed I had bought in your other branch in Ballito. After it was loaded on to my van by two of your staff members the rope to secure the bed was not tied tightly on to the van. I drove approximately 2km from your shop and the rope was loosed causing the bed to fall out of the van and damaging the mattress extensively nearly causing an accident to other road users.I then laid a complaint at your shop about the incident and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would appreciate it enormously if my damaged item would be replaced as soon as possible. I hope to hear from you soon.RegardsMandiso Dlamini.

Extremely bad Service from some of the staff and especially Warren, he promised to give us a king sized bed set for R6999 last week Friday as they are running specials every Friday for black Friday. We agreed that we will go to the store this week and purchase it for the same price. But now he says that it was a one day special only! How ridiculous is That!
