I am truly disappointment and absolutely appalled at their integrity and their work ethic. They 100% stole a furniture design from us Exclusive Spaces/ Principia Design and proudly posted it on their social media Instagram page. Furthermore we actually got a sneaky email prior asking specific questions regarding seat heights/dimensions which we ignored. Really shocking to see them actually go through with it and so appalling to see industry suppliers dropping to such lows when this industry should be supporting this trade and standing together. Really bad on them.

I am still waiting for a quote. I asked for one 4 days ago. It seems they will be doing me a favour if I ever receive a quote.

You will likely be wooed by great sales talk and a great initial quote - this will slowly escalate until you're paying almost double retail. Worst yet the second the money is paid all comms will cease - I paid 35 days ago and have not seen a single item. Which saving the best for last now also includes an L shaped couch they made the WRONG way around entirely. I have paid well over retail and had next to zero service since I paid. I have gone from being excited to see the results to wishing I had never given a cent of my money or my time to this company - to top it off their attitude in general has been extremely poor and indifferent. I recommend you look elsewhere.
