They where suppose to contact me to make an appointment for Tuesday or Today Thursday, I've tried to contact them, however they have failed to get back to me or answers my messages. Very disappointed.

Totally incompetent. Do not even consider them. I have a geyser problem and after listening to my description the electrician refuses to climb on the roof since the system is to complex for him to work on. And I have wasted hours waiting for him.
