I had so much faith and wanted Remax to handle my property. What a disappointment from Rae, always busy and has a story for everything and in turn tarnished my view of Remax One. I will not refer them to anyone

Called twice and and was promised an agent would call me back to place my commercial property on the market for rental, they didn’t bother to get back to me. Shocking service!

Worst service ever from their agent VIX has the worst attitude and absolutely no customer service.

I would like to inform anyone wanting to make use of an estate agent to conduct leases of their property,or to lease a property through Remax namely the estate agents ANITA FRASCO and TRISTAN VERMAAK to be EXTREMELY careful and cautious. These 2 people are the most unprofessional and scammy property agents i’ve never seen , please do not give them your property or rent from them , I promise you will regret it .These two agents are extremely greedy , unprofessional and dishonest , they will do anything for the money. they will lie to the owner, to the tenant to reach their end . I will post a full detailed review of my experience with them . It was the worse business experience of my life .

My Student daughter has sent several whatsapp messages to your rental agent Vicky Brown regarding a rental property with absolutely NO response whatsoever. She has now actually blocked my daughter from contacting her. Why the hell would you advertise yourself when you wish to choose who you want to respond to or not. A courtesy or just common decency would be a response to say I dont have what you looking for.

I am trying to put my property on the market, but it seems as if Remax is not interested - there is just no response to e-mails, telephone calls or messages
