I have use this company for multiple instalation. There service and efficiency are exceptional. They will offer you the advice on a system you need and not oversell you.

Neither PTA branch, nor head office in Cape Town responds to customer queries.Update (2022/12/12, after FM Solar's response to my review): I contacted FM Solar's Pretoria branch via e-mail for the first time on 29 November. I received a response the same day asking for my phone number so that I could be contacted to set up an appointment for a site visit. I provided my number. I did not receive any further communication (neither via e-mail, nor via phone). I then sent a follow-up e-mail on 1 December, but I have to date still not had a response via phone or e-mail from the Pretoria branch.My first e-mail to FM Solar's head office was on 5 December, and their response came on 9 December, which was only after my original Google Maps review (above) was posted.I truly do understand that a company could be very busy at present (as all solar installers are). A long waiting time for contracted work would therefore be totally acceptable to me. In fact, even simply being notified that a company does not currently have the capacity to assist me would also have been entirely acceptable and understandable.What I still find disappointing, however, is that queries are responded to very slowly, or, as is still the case with FM Solar's Pretoria branch, not answered at all. If a company tells me that it will phone me, and fails to do so, even after I have tried following up, it makes me concerned about whether I want to contract its services. It's not acceptable to me that a company's response is please call again

Last week FM Solar installed a solar panel, battery and inverter for me.I was firstly impressed by the information I was both given and asked about during the site visit before installation. It’s really critical you identify to the supplier what you would like your system to support.The installation team were outstanding - the quality of the work was excellent.One cable connecting the two system developed a fault and the speed and quality of response from FM Solar was outstanding.I’m a very satisfied customer

From the the time I booked an app with Blayne FM SOLAR CPT the process went smoothly in May 2023. Very courteous and professional teams did install keeping me updated on process. Lourens and Kyle kept watchful eye on whole process. Great peace of mind and system is up and running beautifully. Highly recommend this company. (Left site very neat and tidy taking great pride in their work).

Scheduled an appointment with FM Solar for this morning at a time they requested and no one arrived for the appointment and no further communication received. If they can't arrive for an appointment, one can only assume the further service that will follow. (FM Solar Cape Town - Sandown Road)
