Very bad customer service

Pathetic service. I won't support rude people. Learn some customer service skills please.

Horrible customer service and macarons!I ordered 100+ macarons for an event and half of them were cracked probably due to excess air that is trapped inside the macaron shell that was not tapped out. Most of them were also rough/bumpy on the surface indicating the batter is not mixed properly and/or the almond flour/powdered sugar mixture is not sufficiently sifted. I sent my concerns to the owner who then said she is consulting her bakery team and would get back to me, days later I still haven't heard anything. I thought contracting a professional" macaron company would be better than someone without the experience however I was wrong and very disappointed.I will never be ordered from Marnella Macaroons again."
