Very Good place to learn to ground yourself and to learn to connect with yourself.Bonus, Shirfu Jeff Lan is a really great teacher both in philosophy and martial arts.It's your one stop shop for lessons on life. :)

A truly amazing and impressive centre! They dedicate a lot of time, so you learn not just to copy what you see, but to understand each movement, the meaning, and history of their martial arts. I have found so much benefit from their classes, the philosophies, as well as their acupuncture, and would definitely come back if I were ever to relocate back to Cape Town!
