They have room for improvement, like tidying elevators. There are children who live there and adults who aren't ashamed to throw things around, also a lack of rubbish bins.

Buildings are fairly new but not very clean. There was trash in the lift

Very nice place however... The security needs to improve because you can just walk in and out nobody asks anything, they only ask when you driving in so local thieves are benefiting from people's clothes that will be drying on the line. To make the situation complicated for the security and everyone else, a large number of students are now occupying the premises, making the place unmanageable, filthy and noisy! If they could make a tag system that could at least limit unauthorized entry.Regular house inspections for cleaning and number of occupants will also encourage healthy cleaning habits! But that's just my take.

Overcrowded small starter apartments in the hood. Great for 20 somethings singles close to their sorts of amenities. If ur married with kids big no no!

It's a good place to live, mainly for younger people as it can get very rowdy especially on weekends. Other downside is problems with maintenance take a while to fixed

Chilled has a playground for kids which is great ,just not very safe hey
