KFC Shell Ultra City South Coast
With steers and kfc, they serve a good fraction of the people's favorite foods and the service is always excellent. I've been a customer for years there i make no mistake of not passing there when i drive through. The toilets are always clean and working at all times with no foul smell. Also wheel chair accessible and have atms available. The kiosk serves some great coffe, cup cakes and more. The only problem is the fuel station is usually full at most times you may heve to wait about 5 mins before you're served

The staff all talked very loudly to each other. It was like the customer did not exist. They were laughing and having sharing a conversation at top volume. The lady serving me hardly looked up at me. She took my order with out saying a word to me.Really bad customer service

Totally uncommunicative. Said 10 minutes for an order and 15 minutes later said part of my order wasn't available. For a quick stop it was a total mess.

I don't eat KFC since I got more oil than meat. Had bad experience in vereeniging three rivers so I don't buy it anymore. And this kfc at this ultra station was neat and tidy clean and busy but still I won't pay for KFC

The staff was friendly and quite quick in their service. I presumed they understood that they are located at a refresh stop and most people who stop there are on long routes who want to be on their way as quick as possible...
