Shocking, ordered 2 bacon and cheese burgers. 1st of all the lady at the counter rang up the wrong order and we had to wait for the manager to void the transaction which took way longer than it should. By the time we got our burgers we couldn't eat them. Hard bla k stuff they just cleaned off the grill all over our bacon. Took photos of the burgers and asked for my money back, which took forever as we had to wait for the manager again. What a terrible place. With the price you pay for these burgers one would think it should be good.

If i could give no stars, i would ! The staff is really not friendly and the manager is constantly in the way of the people trying to assist customers . Please clean or fix your air duct as the whole shop is full of smoke from the grill .Ill rather drive the extra few kilometers and visit Burger King next time .

Pathetic service! Ordered 2 Mojo burgers (double patty burgers) online, got home and realised they only added 1 patty on both burgers. I called the shop and the woman said she was going to transfer the call to the manager only to have the call cut. I tried calling back 5 times but nobody answers... So I had to drive all the way back to the shop only to be met by a rude manager who doesn't even apologise for the mistake! She addressed the mistake with the woman in the kitchen who acted like she didn't know it supposed to have 2 patties... Unbelievable. I asked about my petrol, and all she said was I should've called for them to collect...... Really??? Asked for a refund. They messed my order up twice in a row now. Will never order from this branch again! Check your order before you leave the shop, or better, don't order from this branch unless you enjoy disappointment.

The lady at the counter let us wait for approximately 7 to 10 minutes before wanting to take our order then decided to tell is that orders are full and that they won't be taking out order even though the branch only closes later. She then tells us that the kitchen is under severe pressure and refused to take our order at all. This was before closing time and is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and service.

Zero stars!!Steers Highlands Shopping Centre complaint on Sunday 15 Jan. 2023 @ 13h00 below:After visiting Centurion Mall today (Sunday 15 Jan. 2023) on a very hot Sunday, we decided to stop @ Steers Highlands Shopping Centre to buy Ice Cream. I bought a regular vanilla Ice cream cone with chocolate dip that looked like it was made by a 5 year old kid / child & half (50%) of the regular size with chocolate dip that is very watery. Definitely not like we have come accustomed to @ Steers Hermanus in December 2022... It was very disappointing to see the difference, so I asked the person who made it why it looked so small & like a 5 year old made it... She said that it was the standard size (Two & a half turns blah, blah, blah) but then the standards between different Steers are totally different! Should it not be the same? I said she can take back the Ice cream & I want my money back. She gave me my money & I left.After we have been to Steers Hermanus for more than 3 times in December buying exactly the same thing I am shocked to see the difference in service between the two Franchises. I suggest that a Steers representative & maybe the owner of Steers Highlands go 'undercover' to the two stores & see for themselves what joke Steers Highlands Shopping Centre is.I would suggest / recommend that anyone who buys @ Steers Highlands Shopping Centre check their food / purchase & make sure it is up to the standards that it should be. Maybe Steers must first make the food & then if a customer is happy, then they pay for it...Personally, Steers Highlands Shopping Centre will never see me again! In fact, I will probably only go to Steers Hermanus if I am in Hermanus again. No other Steers will see me again.
