Bunch of liars.They never respond to email, super unhelpful call center promising to call back but never do.When seeing a call from them, just ignore it.

The reason why I am asking is because the SABC is running a promotion when you pay it between today and the weekend the SABC will reward you with R 1000.00 coupon voucher to be used at Shoprite. Got this message to pay my tv license from and agent over whatsapp. I paid the R318 and it's been a week and still no voucher. They ignore you when you send messages. But when they harassed me I replied everytime. Who do I speak to with regards to this.

Spammers.This company is assigned to collect TV licences. That should tell you enough. It looks like these days all it takes to be a debt collector is to pay for a bulk SMS service and harass people with daily smses from a wide range of numbers making it difficult to block.To all of you dealing with the same issue, there are apps you can install to block sms by keywords, which makes it easy to enter things like your TV licence number to the blocklist. I've spent my money on an app like that rather than pay for another corrupt SOE that doesn't deliver anything other than propaganda.Fight corruption, don't pay your TV licence if you don't consume their rubbish.This message is brought to you by a taxpayer who's had enough.

Bad service. From December 2022 I try to solved the account. After 8 Years I Recieved message from your office that I owe Unisa nr78720982 money. Had proof of Unisa statement that there is nothing outstanding and account is closed..I speak to Team leader Valela. Thando. Fiya.. every one confirm that she follow up and closed the query. After 12 emails myself and my lawyer forward the document s. Why I handed this over to my lawyer is for harresment everyday and keep on phone where I'm in hospital for 3 weeks now. . In 8 years nobody call me for outstanding amounts. R350 phone calls. I was honest to reply to your phone calls.I was retrench in 2015. The company was paid the studies fully..

There should be an opportunity for a 0-star rating. TV license fees are R265 per annum, this agency is outsourced by SABC to extort R344 in total attributable to penalties" over a 4-month period. An extra R79 on the usual license fee/ extra 30% rounded off. Shame on you SABC and your appointed agents Hahn Collections for using extortionary tactics to raise funds for the public broadcaster. This is an all-time low..."

The ONLY professional person at this organisation that I had the pleasure of dealing with is MR. CLEARENCE KADI. A wonderful gentleman who is efficient, highly professional and who goes the extra mile to assist. I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Services of such poor quality. A TV license was created in my name without my consent - and after getting and sending an affidavit I recieved no response. They said they would send an email but 3 weeks later I still recieved nothing even after calling in about it. It seems they are quick to beg for money but very slow to actually put an end to the process.

If I could give Hahn collections a negative rate I would. They contacted me about payment towards my TV licence and gave me a reference number for payment, once I made payment my account wasn't corrected.... Turns out that they gave me the wrong reference number and now I owe twice as much.I am honestly disappointed in the lack of communication, the poor customer service and the sad attitude of the employees at this company.It took months for me to get any sort of response from them.Would not recommend them for anything!

I would like to thank Mr Graham Powell for applying the law in a highly positive manner. As the SABC had handed me over and had unfortunately not recorded my cancelation in June 2019. I am so impressed by the professionalism and honesty that you showed. I will always regards Hahn Collections in a good way and recommend your services.
