There is no queue line, everyone just walks in and does what they want. I have 3 contracts with you but must wait because the lady that came after me, decided to take a seat while I'm waiting ahead of her. Staff tried to stop me from leaving but if I made a scène, It would not be nice so I left.

Pathetic service and toxic staff . To get your old Cell C sim swapped to a new Cell C nano sim means being treated like you are a criminal by all staff members of this store! I need to provide so much data to prove it is me and the number is mine, my ID and proof of address is not enough! Now they want to know who I call and when and how much money I spend on recharging. Avoid this store and the network if you can!

No attempt was made to try and assist me with my problem. Instead the sales person laughed at my query and then thought it appropriate to wish me a good day when I left. Perhaps it might be part of training to wish people a good day but some thought about what you are actually doing is also quite important.
