Our experience with this company was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. We have been communicating with them on WhatsApp regarding our order and some of our queries went unanswered. They eventually answered and they assured us that our order was completed and ready for collection, we drove over 30 km to fetch the order. Upon our arrival we were told that the order was not ready because of some issues with their cutting machine. When reminded that they assured us that the order was ready for collection they told us that we were not their only customer. This experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. I would NOT advise anyone to do business with them. They lack the passion, professionalism and compassion it takes to run a business. How do you tell a paying customer that they are not your only customer. Why take the deposit money and why lie about the readiness of the order.
