Jetpets Sydney

Thank you to the Sydney team for such an amazing service and for taking such amazing care of my kitties. Special thanks to Claudia who I dealt with admin wise. She made the whole process from booking their flights, informing me about pre-flight checks as they're senior kitties, to arranging a vet pick up super easy. I was kept in the loop every step of the way on their journey to Perth (I have made another review separately for JetPets Perth as they were superstars as well!!). I couldn't have trusted them in better hands.

This company should be ashamed. Being told you are not allowed to transport your fur babies as you always have been allowed *until now* and do it directly through the flight companies, apparently that is no longer the case, your required to 'use an external transport company'. That in itself is unfair as the 'excuses' for said reasons behind it are irrelevant. These companies will book them on the same flights and everything that your on, as you would have been able to do but they can just charge you an exhuberant amount to do same. Never again will I use them and I will let anyone I know that asked the same thing. It's bad enough the cost of living is so high people are unable to support themselves but to gouge your clientele for a boost is a joke. The 'quotes' are just to get you in the system to be contacted and told they basically are useless and require you to pay huge amounts to do their job for them. Disgraceful.

Highly recommend using JetPets for international transport. Jessica was super helpful throughout the journey and made it a seamless process. She was patient and answered all our questions.The JetPets portal is easy to use and understand the process in each stage. They laid out all their instructions and what to expect in an easy format.One thing to stress less when moving our cavoodle Magnus from Sydney to London. We recommend receiving the crate earlier so your pup has time to become familiar with it.

Jetpets recently got our 10yr old lab from Australia to Canada. I especially liked their Customer Portal which is where I was able to easily fill out electronic forms, submit documents etc. It also had all information and travel details laid out in an easy to follow format. On the day of Lily's drop off to Jetpets, the gentleman that accepted her was kind, professional and understood our hesitation. He showed us around and explained everything again. I would highly recommend using Jetpets if you're looking to relocate your fur baby!

JetPets managed my dog’s transport with top notch support and professionalism. I was given updates during every step of the process. Wendy and the team were very helpful assisting to book and deliver my pet from Melbourne to Sydney.I highly recommend their service!

We used Jetpets to help transport our cavapoo from Sydney to London. They were super organised, professional and responded to all of our very many questions promptly. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the process stress free and seamless. Even when our pup encountered a big delay at the airport, the team were able to step in and take him back for food, water and exercise and kept us up to date with his progress. Prices were super competitive too. Highly recommend!

Excellent care as usual to the team at Matraville- last Wed 29/5/19 I collected my Brother's Blue Heeler dog Parker" to attend his funeral/viewing to say his final farewell- I promised a photo of Parker in his tuxedo- many thanks it was a lovely visit from him for all the family & friends- plus excellent reception at the Brisbane end .
