I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Very shady vw dealer finance process, Thembi handled the application was not clear with regards to the total amount payable, the installments kept fluctuating and was sold a car we were very displeased with. Make sure you double check your contracts before signing anythingThings we were supposed to have gotten was extras" towards the end.Would stay away from this one especially if you are not familiar with finance applications
