Good dayYesterday around 7pm i bought standard pizza (chicken & mushroom), it was a take away, keep in mind that i have waited for that order for more than 30min although the lady @ the counter promised me that i will take 15min or less. Let me be clear, when i reach home, my ordwer was disguting, i had to throw it in a bin. it was not well done(WET), the cheese was all over, the mushrooms were raw. I beg with you, never ever sell someone something like that, we work hard for our for you to sell us half done pizzas

I ordered at 19:05. Till 21:11 am still waiting. I tried calling for a follow up the lady kept saying the order is on the way. I mean it is only 10 to drive from town to Norwood Mthatha.I am so disappointed

Zero communication about orders, Store went down for load shedding. Not one store worker said a word about what was happening with the ordered food. When asked multiple times nobody could answer the question. Also, Ice cream was dripping from the machine into a dish, They just opened the top of the machine and scooped it back into the machine, I saw the workers hand touch the ice cream more than once.

They should just scrap the delivery service at once because it's non-existent. I waited 3 hours for my order and also tried calling but kept reaching this automated response.Appalling, to say the least.

I called Debonaires Sutherland Mhtata.for delivery and the lady sounded.rude.and she told.me they.are closed.and it was just before 5 and their timetable was telling me they will close at 7
