Clicks Pharmacy Port Alfred

Most miserable staff i have encountered in a long time,especially the cashier.Wont be back there soon,could it be small town syndrome.

Great normal Clicks with friendly service, just always remember to check the price tags and the price at the till (they always mix it up and you can end up paying more).

Two people working in the dispensary wearing masks.....below their noses!

I firstly gave in my scripts on Saturday to have my meds dispensed and said I would collect on Monday. I phoned in to find out if the meds were ready as I had not heard from them. My meds weren’t ready. Clicks phoned me on Tuesday to say med were ready. Drive through to Port Alfred. They told me one of the meds were out of stock when I arrived. They then gave me my meds. I had to ask for ice for the insulin injections. Which they then did. I arrived home only to discover some tablets were missing and my byetta injections were in the bag either. I bought some hair tablets only to find them rotten when I opened them. One of the boxes said 30 tabs only to find 28 inside. Never experienced this at any other Clicks

I have never experienced such a lack of respect for customers in my entire life. They work at a snails pace and you will be there waiting without any apologies even when the pharmacy aint busy YOU WAIT. They get your meds all wrong (numerous times) and never order the right meds. They unfriendly, very unprofessional and i suggest the whole lot of them go on a course how to treat customers with respect, as they clearly lack manners and have a zero sense of work etiquette. Shocking to say the least.

Pharmacy staff great. The rest not great.

Pharmacists are so unfriendly and no do recommend, rather drive into town for friendly and helpful service.

I'm very disappointed in the phone service that I have received from Clicks Pharmacy. I phoned in and pressed 1 as directed, after the minutes of waiting the phone was answered. I could not catch the lady's name and before I could ask her she asked me to hold and ended my call. I repeated the procedure and the phone was answered eventually, I asked if I was through to the pharmacy department. The lady said no and asked me to hold on. I waited and waited, once someone automatically replaced me on hold. I held on for 6.30 minutes. This is most unacceptable.
