Walk pass it on my daily walks - but jet to visit it !!!!

The facility is clean and welcoming. However the staff showed a lack of professionalism and skill. They had a gel manicure and pedicure special for R300 yet failed to expressly advertise that different colours and nail art (R25 per finger) would incur additional charges. This was only expressed on completion of the service. As such, my initial budget of R300 jumped exponentially to R500 to my surprise. I decided to no longer have the pedicure done and was charged R380 for the manicure only (Soak off R80, Mani R250, Art R50).The manicure was an absolute nightmare. The gel was lumpy, painted over my cuticles and to add insult to injury, began to crack only after a day of application. The technician appeared to have no idea of how to apply gel as she would put on really thick layers at a time (probably why they began to crack).I was completely unsatisfied with the service despite having the wish to continue to support this black-owned business.

The atmosphere in the Botique is calm and welcoming, the staff is soft spoken and very friendly
