I am endlessly impressed by Kitchen Samurai! I ordered a Christmas gift quite late (19th December) and they got it delivered to me on the 21st of December. Their customer service is incredible, and their selection is fantastic. I have ordered two knives and both have exceeded my expectations by far. You guys are the best! :)

I bought two knives from Kitchen Samurai earlier this year, and it was honestly the best purchasing experience in any retail store I've had. Extremely knowledgeable, patient staff who took me through the pros and cons of each type of knife at a level I could understand, and who gave great advice on where to spend money and where to save money. They were also happy to ship my knives up to me in Joburg, since I didn't want to fly with them in my checked luggage. Honestly a great experience, and I will only be getting my kitchen knives from them in the future.

Excellent customer service and huge knowledge about each knife and how to maintain and care for it. They don't just sell Japanese kitchen knives but also the equipment to take care of them once you have bought the knife. Their website is also updated regularly which helps to not be disappointed. I can spend hours in this store.
